i typically have a good experience here but today , i suppose the employee was having a bad day? I don't know if its because they had to drop 20 tenders, or because i asked for a different sauce than what they had given me , but it was not a pleasant experience. Dont misunderstand , the food is great but the service i received was not.

The restaurant opens at 8:00am on Sundays. I arrived at 8:00am but didn't receive my food until 8:27. Fast food? I don't think so! And this is a drive through! Two cars were ahead of me too!

Decent not consistent with food taste.The food portion could be better. Burgers are decent

Decent food, weird hours. What fast food joint closes at 8 pm? Avoid the chili dogs.

I am contacting you about my recent experience at one of your locations. Today was the worst food experience I've had at your restaurant. We typically love your chicken tenders. But recently we've received hard, dry and nearly impossible to eat tenders. It seems when the manager is not there we get bad service. The staff are young and not properly trained. I would like to continue being a loyal customer but with these past experiences I'm not sure.

Get the breakfast in a cup or the chicken fingers. Make sure you get extra zacadoo sauce.

First time there, I ordered a chicken tender dinner, with double fries. Don't like slaw, don't like mac & cheese. When I received my order, I opened it to check it out, like I do from everywhere. I noticed I only received 1 sauce cup, I waved my arm to try and get the woman's attention at the window. She finally noticed me, and came back. I asked for another sauce, I was told there was a charge of 59 cents. I stated I ordered a 5 piece tender, with double fries, and only received one sauce, she said that is correct. I asked to speak to a mgr, she responded, she was the manger on duty. I asked for her name, she ask me, why did I want her name. I told her I was going to call and speak with the General Manager about the sauces policy. She replied, "That's fine, have a great day." Then closed the window, with out giving her name. I won't be returning to this place ever again.

The food is good for drive-thru only, IF you get there early enough. They close at 2p, and are very rude and disrepecful if you come around 1:30p and order certain things from the menu- the servings are smaller and it's obvious they try not to cook anything additional if they run out. The same people, week after week, make stupid comments without realizing the drive-thru mike picks up their voices. Other than that, the line moves quickly.

Great fast food made while you drive through! Only open until 2pm

Breakfast in a cup is the bomb. Also, their Chili Cheese dogs and slaw dogs are excellent. Try the chicken strip lunch box as well.

Great food and good people. Gotta try the chicken club sandwich.

This place has cheap prices yet the food is tasty and on par with some of the more popular fast food joints. If their fries were better (not a fan of the crinkle fries) they could be neck and neck with some of the other places. Ive eaten here a hand-full of times. Havent had a bad experience. This time the service was a bit slow. Nothing terrible.

Horrible service. My first experience I came one morning before 10, They opened at 7 this day. I pull up to the drive window and was not greeted. I drove around to see if they were actually open and when I get back to the box someone then come to the speaker saying they’ll be with me in a minute. These people had me waiting for 25 minutes and never came back to help me. I called their store location and no one picked up. How do you tell someone to hold for a second, have them wait 20+ minutes and then just leave them out there. Worst experience. Never giving them another chance.

This was my first visit and I had no idea what to expect. The wings are amazing and your staff is so pleasant & professional! Great experience. I'll be back when I'm in town!

First of all I missed the place and had to u-turn cause it looks closed down and there are no lights or windows. Then we sat in line for about 20 minutes before getting our food. The fries were amazing and why I'm giving them a 2 star and not a 1 but the burger was straight trash and pink on the inside and my chicken sandwich was made wrong and on top of that they wanna charge 31¢ for sauce. Probably just avoid this place and go to steak and shake down the street

It makes me nervous when I can't see inside the building... like no windows at all??? Nevertheless, I tried the breakfast in a cup and it was quite tasty and filling.

Great breakfast. Cheddar rounds are awesome. The bowl of grits are pretty good too. But the sweat tea definitely is the cherry on top and it's less than a buck for a large. Drive thru lines are long but worth the wait.

I go here fairly often, probably more often than I should, and I absolutely love their food. Not only that, but the people are always friendly. The breakfast in a cup is awesome, and probably one of their best sellers. The chicken tenders are better than any other chicken place in Tallahassee as far as I'm concerned, and their hamburgers are awesome as well. The sweet tea is also great. It tastes like real tea and not the fake stuff that most fast food places use. All in all one of my favorite places to eat. Hands down.

Not impressed with other menu items, but the 'Breakfast in a Cup' is pretty good.

After hearing good things from my coworkers about this place, I tried their chicken tenders with fries and a side of Mac n cheese. While the service was fast and friendly I can't say I was impressed with the food. The herb-heavy (rosemary, particularly) chicken wasn't really palatable for me--that's not to say it was bad, just not good for me-- the Mac n cheese was pretty standard fare and the fries were a surprise standout compared to the rest of the food. I hate giving mostly poor reviews, but it's no good to not be honest.

Good food, friendly faces. If you're a regular, they'll likely remember you as soon as you pull up. Never have waited more than a few minutes for food. Breakfast in a cup is off the chain!

The food was delicious, the service was quick, the prices are great & the portions were large. But, the manager/team leader was so rude that my mom said we're never going back. 🤦‍♀️ Smh

It is a Hit or Miss type of burger joint. The prices are great food is usually good. But they are sometimes ridiculously SLOW! I've waited in line 20 mins before. I know that is too long and there was only 2 people in front of me. I'm not sure what was happening in that kitchen. But sometimes they are faster. But unfortunately not very often.

First time here. Loved the presentation of the food, and especially the taste..and the fries! They are my favorite fries now. Loved the customer service as well. 5 out of 5.

If you have not tried this place you really should. This establishment has very reasonable prices and great food. We have had the breakfast cups, the burgers, and the tenders. Everything we have tried was great. the prices for the tenders are a little high and it SUCKS!!! that you have to pay extra for the sauce. overall all though this place has good prices and really good food. They are quick and friendly and deserve a try if you haven't been.

I love this place. Breakfast In A Cup is the smartest idea ever! Wish they would open one or two more restaurants around town.
